During this past holiday weekend, FanDuel's DFS platform experienced technical issues that, in some circumstances, resulted in the site inaccurately displaying a lower number of entries than had actually entered into impacted DFS contests. This hindered our ability to be certain that contests would run exactly as expected. To ensure the integrity and transparency of these contests, we made the difficult decision to void these contests prior to their respective lock times on both Saturday and Monday. We understand how frustrating this is for customers who invest time in researching and setting their respective lineups.
Our technical teams have identified and resolved the issue and we will strongly endeavor to avoid this issue occurring again. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to deliver the best fantasy sports product for our customers.
